Coronation Stores is a sandwich bar and convenience store located in
Gedling, Nottingham. Our client had decided that the time was right to
sell the business in order for them to retire.The business offers its customers off licence products such as groceries, confectionary and tobacco as well as hot and cold sandwiches which are made fresh to order.
The semi-detached ground floor lock up comprises of a sales area with counter, store room, kitchen, preparation area and WC.
The surrounding area is mainly residential and there is also a large secondary school and Sixth Form College nearby, which provides a rich source of custom along with the many regular customers and the high volume of passing trade.
The business was purchased in January 2015 by private buyers Mr and Mrs Gift who both wanted to run their own business upon their return from living abroad.
