The business, which generates a turnover of £1,350,000, was offered up to the market in May 2014 in order to allow our clients to pursue other business interests. The £3.95m deal was completed in November 2014 and came under offer in July after Knightsbridge introduced the new owners to the business.
The acquirer, Mothership Group, is a bar and events operator, currently with three sites in East London.
