Since its establishment 3 years ago, ‘Cranberry’ has become the sandwich bar of choice in Otley. Situated in the centre of the Village on a busy shopping high street, the business has the benefit of a high level of footfall and passing traffic every day.The sandwich bar offers a dine in or take out menu of hot and cold sandwiches, paninis and jacket potatoes alongside a popular range of homemade soups and cakes, the business has gained many regular customers and is constantly attracting further custom through recommendations and of course from its prime position.
The business was initially offered up to the market in order for our clients to be able to concentrate on other business interests and was sold in August 2014 for £60,000.
The buyers are local residents and Father-and-Son team Les and Tom Winder.
Tom will run the recently refurbished sandwich bar himself alongside the existing staff whilst making his own improvements in order to help the business achieve growth.
