Deal for Café completed in a couple of months

This recently refurbished café provides 30 covers and serves a range of breakfasts, sandwiches wraps salads and hot food specials.

Based in Formby, Liverpool, the local industrial estate in which it is situated provides steady, repeat custom with large delivery orders often placed. There is soon to be a large leisure centre opening locally which should provide even more business.

The business also holds a 5* food hygiene rating which does not have to be reassessed for another 18 months.

Our client, Andy, had other business interests which requires his full commitment which made way for private buyers Mr & Mrs Graham to acquire the business.
