Wrexham based convenience store sold

Established for over 20 years and owned and managed by our clients since 2003, a large amount of capital has been invested into the business which now stands in excellent order throughout with a full complement of quality fixtures and fittings, chillers, freezers, CCTV and an industry leading EPOS system.

The business is situated in an excellent trading location within a large housing estate in the Little Acton area of Wrexham and serves many regular customers from the local community with a selection of alcohol, convenience goods, newspapers and magazines, tobacco, confectionery and soft drinks amongst other sundry items. The store also has busy Lotto and PayPoint terminals and an ATM.

The vendor was active in the business in a full time capacity whilst being assisted by five part time and two full time staff members. Our clients wished to offer the business due to their commitment to other personal interests.

Diana Marsh, who negotiated the deal on behalf of the client, commented that the deal went through in April 2014 to private buyer Mr. Jones for £115,000 and wished both parties the best of luck for the future.
