Established for over 20 years and occupying a strong holding
location on the main road through the village of Hockwold, this thriving
village store stocks a wide range of goods including newspapers, confectionary,
alcohol, convenience goods and groceries and offers lottery and PayPoint
facilities.
A large and loyal customer base is a result of the business
becoming a key part of the community and a strong footfall is provided by the
local village school only a few yards along the road. Up until the deal of the
business was completed it was run by our client with part time assistance and
was being offered for sale due to our client retiring.
