Established for over 20 years and owned and managed by our clients since 2003, a large amount of capital has been invested into the business which now stands in excellent order throughout with a full complement of quality fixtures and fittings, chillers, freezers, CCTV and an industry leading EPOS system.

The business is situated in an excellent trading location within a large housing estate in the Little Acton area of Wrexham and serves many regular customers from the local community with a selection of alcohol, convenience goods, newspapers and magazines, tobacco, confectionery and soft drinks amongst other sundry items. The vendor was active in the business in a full time capacity whilst being assisted by five part time and two full time staff members. Our clients wished to offer the business due to their commitment to other personal interests.

The business was sold in April 2014 to private buyer Pat McArdle who relocated from Cheshire to run the business after our clients wished to pursue other business interests.

This well established Post Office based in West Yorkshire has been under the ownership of our clients for 21 years and was reluctantly placed onto the market due to our clients’ family commitments. As well as being well presented throughout it has the added benefit of rental income received from the remainder of the property which includes three-bedroom accommodation, a two-bedroom flat and a hair salon.

Occupying an enviable location which sees a high volume of passing traffic throughout the day and high levels of footfall from a number of other retailers in the local vicinity, Eastwood Post Office boasts a fully refurbished shop with number of other products to complement the Post Office services.

Owing to its location on a busy through road, the shop has a good commanding of local residents who live close by, and utilise the Post Office services on a frequent basis.
