Knightsbridge Business Sales Ltd’s Samantha Wright who assisted with the negotiations to secure a deal for Greenside Gym advised, “The vendors were seeking to exit the business in order to free up more time for family commitments. The business came to market in May 2011 and was acquired in a quick transaction by a private buyer who was looking to manage the gym on a full time basis, in a deal which completed on 3rd October 2013.
