Castaway, a fish and chip restaurant based in Dornoch, Scotland, has been sold by Knightsbridge after less than 8 months on the market. Boasting little competition, this popular tourist attraction offered significant scope to develop both the premises and surrounding land, and subsequently attracted the attention of a private buyer looking relocate and add this exiting opportunity to his portfolio.
