Knightsbridge are delighted to announce the completion of a
deal for Spiderwize, an online publishing company, which was sold to trade
buyers Bonacia Ltd on 13th March 2013.
With a global presence, this
well established company operates as an online ‘self publishing’ business with
a unique, open approach, which takes a customers’ finished manuscript and
professionally formats it so that it is ready to print with a designed cover. Bonacia saw Spiderwize as an ideal ‘bolt on’ to their existing print company.
Leanne Boulding on the Knightsbridge sales negotiation team handled the sale
and was delighted she was able to negotiate a deal for her clients within the
initial sales and marketing period, which will allow them a complete exit from
the business, whilst securing a strong future for the business brand they had
worked so hard to develop.
