Established by our client 12 years ago, Deli on the Green is
a well respected delicatessen and sandwich bar based in Halifax, West
Yorkshire. Trading from an excellent main road location and from within
spacious and well equipped premises, the business offers a wide selection of
fine foods alongside a range of sandwiches for takeaway and eat in diners. The
business also provides a popular catering service and receives regular repeat
custom.
After less than a year on the market with Knightsbridge, receiving plenty
of interest and a high number of viewings, an offer was accepted from private
buyers Mr and Mrs Wright, who intend to refurbish the premises and work within
the business on a full time basis. The deal completed on 28th March
