Knightsbridge are pleased to announce the recent
sale of New Cross Express, a Convenience Store and Off Licence in Wolverhampton, to a new owner.
The business has been established for over 50 years,
and boasting well fitted premises with an excellent trading position, attracted
a good level of attention from the onset. Samantha Wright, an experienced Sales
Negotiator for Knightsbridge, had a good working relationship with a buyer who
had previously purchased from Knightsbridge, and whose criteria matched this business.
She suggested the business to him, and an offer was placed within a month of
the business being on the market. The buyer intends to work in the business, so
that the previous owner can exit to pursue other business interests.
