The buyer, Mrs Carr of
Skiddaw View Holiday Park Limited, purchased the business for £410,000 in June
2012, and plans to refurbish the premises, which at present has 6 en-suite
letting bedrooms and a 68 cover restaurant spread across 2 dining areas, to
convert into self catering accommodation. Mrs Carr, a cash buyer, placed a
deposit to secure the sale.
