Heads & Tails Sandwich Bar and Coffee Shop is based in Chester City

2004, and owned by our clients since 2006, they were looking for an exit
towards retirement.

was able to generate a good amount of interest and 2 offers on the business,
outlining that there is always high demand for this type of business and
location, but it can prove more difficult with the higher rent payments that
usually accompany them.
Keen to take advantage of the well presented premises
and high quality of fittings, with plenty of scope to develop and expand the
business in the future, Mr Jones acquired the business in October 2012 for
