One of our most experienced negotiators on the Knightsbridge team, Leanne Boulding, was able to attract a good number of viewings on the business, and one offer, securing a sale for £100,000 in September 2012. New owner Steve Stewart intends to work in the business full time. Leanne outlines that it was great to complete the deal within a year of the business being on the market, and would like to offer both parties best wishes for the future.
