Rainhill Post Office based in Prescot, Merseyside, has been sold by
Knightsbridge for £75,000 to private buyer Alison Skarratts, who will work in
the business on a full time basis.
Owned by our clients for 23 years, they
wished to retire, and were therefore pleased when the deal was completed in
September 2012, just over 6 months after being on the market. Boasting an
excellent trading position, with high passing trade, and plenty of scope to
increase on this, it attracted good levels of interest, receiving an offer
within only 2 months of being on the market.
