Sticky Fingers, a long established, highly reputable Chester based play
centre, has been sold by Knightsbridge to trade buyer Dan Jones, of Whiz Kids,
for £85,000. The vendors were looking to exit the business to pursue other
business interests, and were pleased with the high number of interested parties
achieved by sales negotiator Samantha Wright.
Mr Jones was attracted to the
large and superbly presented 12,500 sq ft premises, with facilities comprising
a large play frame, football arena, crawl tubes, ball pool, bash bags, ball
cannons, rope bridges, twin tube slides and a baby play area. He saw plenty of
potential to grow and develop the business as part of a planned investment,
hoping to build on the strong revenue achieved through the play centre, in
addition to its café and the hire of the 3 dedicated party rooms. He placed a holding deposit to secure his
acquisition, which completed in August 2012. Knightsbridge would like to wish
our clients all the best in their future business endeavours.
