Established in 1997, Best One Convenience Store in Bury has been sold in
a retirement sale, after only 4 months on the market with Knightsbridge, with
the deal completing in June 2012. Owned and managed by our client for the last 25 years, the business is positioned on a busy main road within a densely populated area, and serves both regular customers as well as passers-by. The recently refurbished premises, with the recent addition of an alcohol licence will offer the new owner huge potential for growth.
