Armadale Jet filling station in Bathgate, Scotland has been sold to new owners through Knightsbridge for a fee of £425,000.The filling station, located on a busy main road between Edinburgh and Glasgow and with an annual turnover in the region of £3.5 million had been run by the existing owners for over 5 years. It includes three commercial properties, leased to other parties generating additional income.
Our clients took the decision to sell the business in order to retire from working life and received two offers, including that from the successful purchaser, Femi Olukaya
