Knightsbridge’s
experienced negotiator, Sam Wright, has successfully handled the sale of the
Quarter Coffee Shop. The coffee shop was sold to the neighbouring student
accommodation complex and there are plans to relocate within the building.
The
coffee shop generated a lot of interest during its short time on the market and
hence achieved an exceptional sale price. The business had built up a loyal
client base and our clients believe this sale was owing to an established site
with plenty of scope to increase trade.
