Knightsbridge has successfully sold The Launderette in Leyton for £250,000.
Our client wished to sell the business in order to retire and accepted an offer
from Yusuf Patel. Mr Patel intends to work in the business full time and is
retaining the existing staff.
The Launderette, which wasestablished in 1970 and includesan substantial freehold, received a high level of interest that resulted in eight viewings and three different offers.
